BE READY CONFERENCE WATCH PARTY
A Watch Party is an event where the conference is live-streamed from our host venue in Cochrane, Alberta to your location. This will allow your church/group to experience the conference from your own town/city. The conference contains times of inspiring worship, fascinating speakers and thought-provoking breakout sessions. Let us take care of all the planning and your church/group can fine-tune the details and enjoy the conference together!
Being a Watch Party location is risk-free! Your church will complete our Watch Party registration. Once you have registered, we will send you your promotional packet with all the logos, flyers, invitations and posters that you will need to promote your event. We will create an Eventbrite website for your Watch Party attendees to register and pay for their ticket to your Watch Party. You will then be assigned an FBB Watch Party Coordinator who will be in communication with you until the Conference.
So to explain the process in really simple terms:
Your church/organization will sign up to host a Watch Party on our website.
Each person will register and pay directly through Faith Beyond Belief to attend the conference at your Watch Party.
Faith Beyond Belief will send you 10 percent of your total ticket sales to go back to the church/organization hosting the Watch Party. The church/organization can use these funds to pay for techs, provide food, or pay for facility-related costs. These funds will be sent the week after the event.
Faith Beyond Belief will be there to help your church/organization host the Watch Party every step of the way and will provide the content digitally.

Is there an up front cost to have a Watch Party?
No. We will provide you with a promo code to give your attendees. They will purchase their ticket on our website and your church/group will receive your portion of the ticket sales after the conference is over.
If you choose, we will also put your church/group on our website so that other people in your area can join your Watch Party.

Can any church or group host a Watch Party?
We are excited to work with any church/group provided that you:
Must agree with our Statement of Faith
Must have a contact person to work with FBB to ensure a successful event
Must agree to ensure that every attendee has purchased a ticket from FBB
Watch Parties in Calgary, AB can begin promoting their location once the main conference venue has sold out.

Why does our church/group need to agree with FBB's Statement of Faith?
We take the teaching of Biblical truth very seriously at FBB and Canadians often look to us when choosing a church. For this reason, we want to ensure that each church/group that we promote is in alignment with us on the key tenants of the Christian faith. Please have one of the following people read and sign the Statement of Faith:
CHURCH - Senior Pastor, Member of Pastoral Staff, Board Member
ORGANIZATION - Executive Leader, Manager, Board Member

Is there an up front cost to have a Watch Party?

What does our church/group do with our portion of the ticket sales?
That is up to the leadership of your church/group. You could use it to provide snacks during break times, to decorate for the conference or to help pay for upgrades to your AV system or facility. It will be your money to do with as you choose.

Who is the target audience for the conference?
The majority of our attendees are adults and we also have school and youth groups attend as well.

How will we advertise the conference?
We will provide you with access to advertising files (posters, flyers, invitations) where you can insert your church name, address, logo, event times and any specific details. You can then print these posters, flyers and invitations at your church or at your local printing store (such as Staples).

We don't have anyone who can work with the advertising files. Can you help?
We would love to help! Your church/group will be assigned an FBB Coordinator who will be happy to help you with your advertising files.

How will we know who is coming to our Watch Party?
Your contact person will be given instructions on how to check on ticket sales to see who has registered.
